8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c confectioners sugar
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 T fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 T milk.
Directions:

Beat cream cheese with mixer in small bowl until smooth gradually add sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice, and enough milk to make a soft spreadable consistency.
