Ingredients:  
Dry cake mix
1 quart applesauce
1 #303 can crushed pineapple
2 squares of butter
Heat and add enough cornstarch to thicken
Directions:
Directions:
1) Sprinkle one box cake mix over the top of applesauce and pineapple mixture in 9x13 pan.
2) Melt 2 quarters of butter and pour over the top of the cake mix (1 square of butter and 1/2 cup water can be used instead of 2 butter)
3) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
4) Any prepared pie filling can all be used.
5) Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired
