1½ lb. ground beef
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-10 oz. can tomatoes with green chilis, undrained
1 carton beef broth (32 oz.)
1- 7oz. tomato paste
2 T chili powder
1tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 can pinto beans, drained

Brown meat over med. heat, drain. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Allow chili to simmer over med. low heat until juice has reduced and thickened.
