2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut up
1/2 c. buttermilk (plenty of vinegar in milk)


1 large egg

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. stevia
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. red pepper
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade chicken in buttermilk for at least an hour.
Drain and dip chicken in egg, then in a bag with the flour mixture. Fry chicken in a skillet until crispy, about 3-5 minutes.

Can use bigger pieces of chicken and make sandwiches. But fry in pan with oil, then bake 20 minutes at 350'.
