12 medium eggplant sliced but not peeled
6 medium green peppers
4 onion
2 - 28 oz cans of tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1) Put in casserole in layers ending with a layer of tomato

2) Sprinkle each layer with some garlic powder

3) Pour ½ cup olive oil over the top.

4) Bake 4 hours at 275-300
