1 can peaches (drain thoroughly, but retain the syrup)
1 can pitted apricots (drain thoroughly, but retain the syrup)
1 can pineapple chunks (drain thoroughly, but retain the syrup)
1 can pears (drain thoroughly, but retain the syrup)
1 can pitted cherries (drain thoroughly, but retain the syrup)
1 can bing cherries (drain thoroughly, but retain the syrup)
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
Lemon juice
1 stick Butter
Cointreau
⅓ cup corn starch
¾ cup retained fruit syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

1) In large casserole layer place fruit in layers, sprinkling with the brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and dotting with butter, and sprinkling with cointreau.

2) Bake for 45 minutes.

3) While baking mix together fruit syrup and corn starch and add to baked fruit

4) Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes.

5) Serve hot.
