If canned chili scares you feel free to make a whole batch of chili and reserve a cup and a half for this dip. Microwave above till hot and melty. Sprinkle the mexican cheese of your choice on top. Dig in. ** Do not be tempted to add salsa. It will make the dip run off your chip and you'll have only yourself to blame.
