1 Round Sour Dough Bread
½ Stick of Butter
2 Brie rounds
Tony Cachere's spice (or Cajun)
4 cloves of Garlic, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the top middle out of the bread to make a bowl. Keep the excess bread for dipping. Slice the butter and spread it around the bowl. Cut brie into chunks and mix garlic and Cajun seasoning into the bread bowl. Go around the edges of the bowl cutting quarter inch wedge strips that you can pull off and use to dip once cooked.
Bake at 350º stirring occasionally until brie is melted. approx. 15 minutes
