1/2cup Mirin
1/2cup Soy Sauce

Ingredients
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 White Onion
1 8oz Container of Pineapple
1 Package of Hermanwurst Pineapple/Bacon Sausage
1 Cup Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Start Rice. Mix sauce. Slice onion and bell pepper. Cook onion in some oil for 5 minutes, until it starts to get nice and brown. Throw in bell pepper cook another 5 minutes.

Make a well in the vegetables and throw in pineapple. Cook 3-5 minutes, long enough to get the pineapple starting to caramelize.

Throw in sausage and cook for about 5 minutes, rotating to brown all sides.

Throw in sauce and cook everything together another 5-10 minutes.

Eat.
