3 X 8oz cream cheese
1 small red onion - grated
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp horseradish
1 lb fresh crab
3 tbsp chives 9 - reserve a few for decorating
1 tbsp parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients stirring constantly until cream cheese melts
Stir in crab, chives & parsley
Put in dish and decorate with a few chives
