Ingredients:  
7 Slices of bacon - chopped
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 x 7oz cream cheese
1/3 cup of half & half or single cream
4oz blue cheese
2 tbsps fresh chives
3 tbsps toasted walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 350 F 180 C

Cook bacon
Mix garlic with bacon
Beat cheese until smooth
Add cream
Stir in bacon, cheese, chives & garlic & bacon

Bake until golden & bubbly

Serve with crackers, grapes or toasted baguette
