¾ cup of sugar
2 cups mashed bananas (4 large)
¾ cup of vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups of all-purpose flour
½ cup of chopped pecans (plus some to sprinkle on top)
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 teaspoons of vanilla
½ teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Grease loaf pan with softened butter. Mix sugar, bananas, oil, and eggs in a large bowl with a wooden spoon. Sift all dry ingredients and stir in. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
