2 loaves white bread
2 sticks butter
1 bunch celery (slice in half length-wise, then chop into small chunks including leaves)
Poultry seasoning
2-3 32-oz. boxes chicken broth (enough to moisten bread)

Directions:
Directions:
Leave bread out overnight (or bake) to dry it out. Melt butter in stock pot, add celery and sauté 5-10 minutes. Add chicken broth and simmer. Add poultry seasoning to taste. Meanwhile, crush up bread into a large pot. Ladel chicken stock mixture into the dry bread and start mixing until all the bread is moist. Put in 9x13 baking pan. Bake on grill or in oven at 275º covered for approx. 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until brown.
