1 extra large carrot, diced
˝ C. chopped parsley
1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
3 large stalks celery, finely diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice according to pkg directions. Sauté all the veggies, then mix with the rice.
Cool the mixture, then place 1 C. portions into Qt. zip-lock freezer bags. Lay each bag flat in freeze. When they are all frozen, place the individual bags in a gallon zip-lock bag to keep the small bags of veggied rice together.

If making it more veggies than rice, double the amount of veggies. Can add cooked broccoli to it too.
