2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In large bowl, combine all ingredients in order given - sugar, flour, Wesson oil, eggs, cinnamon, soda, salt, vanilla, apples and nuts. Mix by hand until all ingredients are well blended. Spoon batter into a loaf or tube pan. Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour.
