4 eggs
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 pint sour cream
1 stick butter
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs:
(1) Egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar - put in separate bowl
(2) Egg Yokes with rest of sugar - whip; then add sour cream, melted butter, 2 cups flour, baking powder and vanilla

-Mix egg whites until fluffy, then fold into egg yoke mixture.

Note if batter is too thick for waffle, add a little mile to get the right texture.
