2 English cucumbers
salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
¼ cup finely chopped fresh dill
2 Tbsps. white wine vinegar
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Wash the cucumbers and slice them thin. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Add dill & vinegar to the sour cream & stir rapidly to thin it. Add to the cucumbers. Stir gently to blend. Let stand 1 hour, then serve.
