1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup bean dip
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup canned tomatoes. plus 2 Tbsp. of its liquid
2 cups chopped lettuce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
2 green onions sliced
2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives
1/2 cup corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook beef, over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Stir in bean dip, chili powder, salt, and tomato liquid.

2. In a large bowl combine tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, onions, and olives.

3. Add beef to the mixture and toss to coat then top with chips.

Goes great with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.

Good with salsa, and sour cream.
