1 pound ground turkey or beef
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups hot water
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups pasta

TIP: If you want to make a bigger batch, you can increase to 1 pound of pasta. Just be sure to add in more milk and spices (specifically paprika).

1. In a large skillet, cook the meat over medium high heat
2. Once the meat is cooked, drain if needed, then stir in the cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, sugar, and pepper over the browned meat
3. Add the hot water, milk, and pasta then bring to a boil
4. Once boiling, bring down to a simmer, cover and cook for 8-11 minutes
5. Once pasta is cooked to your liking, remove cover and sprinkle in the cheese - continue stirring until all the cheese is melted.

TIP: If you're running out of liquid while the pasta is cooking, add in some more milk throughout the cooking process to make sure it doesn't dry out.
