Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c Wyman frozen triple berry mix (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries). I prefer the mix without strawberries for this (can sub frozen blueberries)
1/2 c old fashioned oatmeal
Handful of walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place berries in a bowl, pour a splash of water over. Cook in microwave until it looks like a bubbly sauce and berries are cooking down, about 5 minutes. Pour uncooked oatmeal over, throw a handful of walnuts on top.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My current favorite breakfast. Cook the berries until they are bubbly and saucy. Pour over the uncooked oatmeal and walnuts. Just like a healthy breakfast 'crisp' with no added sugar.
