1 can refried beans
1 pack taco seasoning mix
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 tsp cumin
1 ½ tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
½ cup taco sauce
½ cup chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned)
4 oz. chopped green chilies
jalapeno peppers
¾ cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
¼ cup green onion, sliced
½ cup black olives, sliced
1 carton avocado dip (optional)
½ cup sour cream
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1.Mix refried beans with taco seasoning mix and spread on platter.
2.Brown ground beef. Drain grease. Saute’ with onion, cumin, chili powder and salt. Spread on top of refried bean mixture.
3.Spoon taco sauce on top of mixture. Then add tomatoes, green chilies, jalapeno peppers, M. J. Cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, green onions and black olives.
4.Spoon on avocado dip and sour cream by spoonfuls just before serving.
5.Serve with tortilla chips.
