8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ½ c mayonnaise
½ c sour cream
16 oz sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
4 oz jar chopped pimentos, undrained, OPTIONAL*
Seasoning salt
Garlic salt
Texas Pete hot sauce
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, mayo and sour cream blending until smooth.
2. Add cheese and pimentos blending well.
3. Stir in seasonings and hot sauce to taste.
4. Serve with crackers.
5. Store in refrigerator.

*My family prefers without the pimentos
