3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 C dried cranberries
1/3 C walnuts, chopped
1 apple, chopped
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Mixed Greens ( approximately 1 Cup / Person )

Directions:

Dressing; Whisk olive oil and lemon juice, then continue to whisk in Greek yogurt,
Honey, cinnamon, salt and pepper.

Pour dressing over mixed greens, add chopped apple, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts and sunflower seeds.
