10 oz frozen chopped spinach
3 eggs
4 T flour
4 oz American cheese, broken into small pieces
4 oz (1 cup) grated sharp cheddar
4 T butter, melted
16 oz small curd cottage cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach as package directs. Drain and cool. Set aside.

Beat eggs. Add cooled spinach, melted butter, flour, salt and pepper. Stir together until well mixed. Fold in cheeses.

Bake uncovered, in an 8 x 8 pan at 350º for 1 hour or until center is set.
