1 boneless chicken breast
2-3 boneless chicken thighs
1 can biscuits (the old fashioned small kind) cooked and cooled
8 inch pan of corn bread (Martha White works well) cooked and cooled
2 eggs, raw
2 eggs hard boiled
1 c. chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
sage to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the chicken, making plenty of broth. Crumble the biscuits and cornbread into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Add raw eggs, mixing with your hands. Add chopped boiled eggs, celery, and seasonings. Add several cups of chicken broth until dressing is nearly soupy. Bake at 400º until lightly browned, about 1 hour.

This was my grandmother's recipe. I have modernized it a bit. It's still delicious, especially with cranberry sauce.
