6 oz. semi sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c sugar, divided
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 tbsp vanilla extract, divided
1 c unsalted butter, softened
1 c flour
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350º. Line 13x9 pan with aluminum foil so foil extends 2" beyond long sides of pan. Lightly butter bottom and sides of foiled lined pan.

Melt chocolates, stirring often until smooth. Cool until tepid.

In bowl, cream the cheese and 1/3c sugar. Beat in one egg and 1tsp vanilla.

In another bowl cream the butter and remaining 1 2/3 c sugar. One at a time beat in remaining 3 eggs. Beat in melted chocolate and remaining 2 tsp vanilla. Stir in flour and salt.

Scrape all but 1 cup of chocolate batter into pan; smooth top of batter. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the batter. Spoon reserved chocolate batter over cream cheese mixture. Pull a table knife through the layers of batter in a zig zag fashion to create marbled effect.

Bake for 33-38 minutes or until a cake tester inserted from the center comes out slightly moist.

Cool the pan on a wire rack. When completely cooled, lift foil out of panand cut into bars.
