8-9 slices day old bread
1/2 lb shredded American cheese
1 1/2 lb sausage - browned and drained
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange bread cubes in bottom of greased 9x13 baking pan.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Spread sausage over cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, and mustard.
Pour over sausage, cheese and bread.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, dilute soup with milk.
Pour over casserole and bake 2 hours at 350.
