1 sm. glove garlic - minced
1 md. onion chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 can (15 0z) kidney beans - drained
1/2 cup catsup
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Picanti sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown onion, garlic & beef. Add green pepper & continue cooking.

Mash kidney beans (food processor) and mix with catsup, seasoning & add to meat mixture. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min.

Transfer to serving platter and top with shredded cheese. Serve with taco chips.
