10 Organic Lemons
750 ML Ever-clear (I use 2 cups Ever-clear 1 cup Vodka)
1 cup Vodka (optional)
3½ cups Water
2½ cups Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Finely zest lemons and add Ever-clear into an airtight container. Store in a cool place for up to 4 weeks. Strain the zest peels from the Ever-clear. Boil sugar and water for 5-10 minutes to create the simple syrup and let cool to room temperature. Mix the Ever-clear and simple syrup ingredients together and pour into decorative serving bottles. Freeze and serve chilled.
