2 heads of romaine lettuce (not hearts of romaine)
1 bunch of celery stalks
3 yellow bell peppers
1 package of cherubs tomatoes
½ red onion
1 package sliced salami
1 can large olives
Dressing of your choice (I like Girard's Champagne Dressing)
Avocados (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and chop: lettuce, celery, bell peppers, tomatoes, and onion
Layer chopped vegetables in a large bowl (I use a Tupperware container for easier storage)
Slice salami into strips and layer on top of vegetables
Olives go on last.

Add the dressing and avocado once you have served the salad.
