1 can (11oz) Pillsbury refrigerated thin pizza crust
! lb lean ground beef (I used hot sausage)
1 pkg (1oz) taco seasoning mix
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
¼ cup sliced ripe olives (optional)
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese (8oz)
1½ cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
Salsa, avocado, and corn chips as desired

Heat oven to 400º. Spray or grease 15X10 dark or non-stick cookie sheet. Unroll dough and press into a rectangle to fill the cookie sheet. (I used round pizza dough on parchment and left it round and used less of the meat mixture)

In a skillet, cook beef and add taco seasoning and water as directed on package. Spoon evenly on dough. Top with chiles, olives and cheese.

Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Serve with remaining ingredients.
