2 jars or cans of artichokes*
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese grated
4-5 slices Swiss cheese
jalapenos, diced (1 to 1 ½ teaspoons or to taste)
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place drained and sliced artichokes, Swiss cheese slices torn into bite size pieces, and diced jalapenos in a 7 x 11 glass baking dish.
2. Add mayonnaise and parmesan cheese to other ingredients and stir until well mixed.
3. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned.
4. Serve with crackers. (I use wheat thins.)

*I use one jar in marinade and the other regular.
