1 Angel Food cake, cubed
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. red raspberry gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
¾ c. sugar
1 c. water
2 c. red raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Stir in water, cook till thick and clear. Remove from heat, stir in gelatin till dissolved. Cool and then add raspberries. Beat cream cheese and cool whip together. Fold in cake cubes. Layer cake mixture and the fruit filling in large glass container, ending with fruit filing. Refrigerate overnight.
