2 lb. Frozen Hash Browns
½ cup melted butter or margarine
1 teas. Salt (or to taste)
½ teas. Pepper
½ cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash brown potatoes. Mix in a big bowl the hash brown potatoes, sour cream, cheese and soup. (can sprinkle with garlic powder)
Sautee onions in butter then add to remaining ingredients.

Spray a 9”x13” pan with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees covered for first ½ hour. Uncover and bake another ½ hour. You can also sprinkle Paprika on top before baking.
