1 C Buttermilk
4 Bone in - skin on Chicken Breasts
1 t Seasoned Salt
1 T Garlic Salt
1 T Onion Powder
1/2 C Flour
1/4 C Cornstarch
1 C Tenderflake Lard

Directions:
1 Chop the chicken breasts into 8 pieces,
2 Mix together the buttermilk, garlic powder, garlic salt and seasoned salt
3 Marinate the chicken pieces in the buttermilk mixture for several hours - overnight if possible
4 Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry
5 Dredge the chicken in the flour
6 Heat the lard in a frying pan and fry the chicken at a medium high heat until browned.
7 At this point in time you can refrigerate the chicken pieces
8. Bake the chicken (I like to use a wire basket) in a 350º oven for 30 minutes and serve.

I tried this for Jan Feb/21. She just loved it. I want to work on making it crispier. But it was really good and was great as leaf overs the next day.
