6 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp melted butter
Tart jelly

Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside. Beat together egg yolks and sugar. Blend in butter. Spread 3/4 inch thick on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350º
Turn out another sheet of wax paper and peel off baking paper. Roll in waxed paper, unroll again and spread with jelly and roll without paper. Dust with confectioners sugar.
