1 box (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 eggs, divided
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 box (1 lb) confectioners sugar
1/2 c chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
With mixer beat together cake mix, melted butter and 2 eggs. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch sheet baking pan. Beat softened cream cheese with remaining 2 eggs; add confectioners sugar less 2 tablespoons. Set aside the 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar. Beat cream cheese mixture until smooth. Spread over cake mixture and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake @ 350º for 35-40 minutes. When cake is cool sprinkle with confectioners sugar
