2 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla

1 c. cocoa
1/2 t. salt
3 1/2 t. soda dissolved in:
1 c. hot water
3 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sour milk (or half yogurt or sour cream)

I THINK USING WACKY CAKE BATTER WOULD BE MORE MOIST

FILLING:
3 egg whites
1 T. vanilla
3 c. powered sugar
1 c. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cookies for 10 minutes at 350'. Makes a thin batter.

For FILLING:
Beat egg whites until stiff, then add powdered sugar and beat till smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy.
