4 pound fillet of salmon
½ cup mayonaisse
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
salt and pepper
dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients except for salmon in a bowl.
Lay salmon on a double piece of foil that is long enough to cover the salmon.
Spread mixture over the fish.
Puncture foil with skewer so it has vents. Wrap salmon loosely in foil.
Barbeque or bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on amount of salmon.
