1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder

TOPPING:
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/3 c. milk
1 t. peppermint extract
green food coloring
2 c. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and butter, stir until smooth. Stir in sugar and egg, and remaining ingredients. Bake in cupcake liners at 350' for 15-20 minutes. Cupcakes will fall in the center. In saucepan cook marshmallows and milk until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in extract and food coloring. Cover and refrigerate until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over cupcakes. Store in fridge.
