I c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt

3/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar (half succanat and half xylitol)
1 1/2 t. vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 c. chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. In a seperate bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in the eggs. Gradually stir in dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake in greased 9x9 pan at 325' for 20 minutes.
The key to a flaky top is melting the sugars.
