2 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup powdered milk
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 packet quick rise yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 2/3 cup warm water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Filling
1/2 pound hamburger (chuck)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 ounce clock mozzarella cheese - grate yourself

Sauce
6 ounces tomato paste
1 cup water
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon rosemary crushed

Crust:
Preheat oven to 475 degrees
spray pan with Pam and then lay parchment paper down
In a large bowl - add flour, powdered milk, sugar, yeast and salt - whisk to blend
Add oil to hot water - pour into mixture
Stir with a wooden spoon until batter forms - lumps are okay - no dry spots
Spread dough into pan and using fingertips until it is even, If dough doesn't want to cooperate, let rest 5 minutes and try again
Bake just the crust for 8-0 minutes - remove from oven

Brown meat until it crumbles - drain and set aside
Make sauce and spread on crust

Spread cheese
Bake at 475 for 8-10 minutes

Take out and let stand 5 minutes
