Butter Horn Rolls Recipe

1 pkg yeast, dissolve in 1/4 c warm water
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 c warm milk
4 1/2 c flour, may need more

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, sugar, salt and milk. Add dissolved yeast.

Add flour gradually and mix until dough is no longer sticky. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours before use.

For crescent rolls:
Use 1/4 of the dough, roll out and spread with melted butter. Cut into pie shapes and roll from the wide end. Let rise about 7 minutes.

Bake until brown and baste with melted butter if desired.

Dough will last about 3 days in the refrigerator.
