1 lemon
Parsley, chopped
340 Gram Linguine
227 grams Mushrooms. sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
30 grams capers
4 T cream cheese
2 T butter
Salt and Pepper
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in salted water for 10 minutes. Reserve 1 C pasta water.

Heat 2 T oil in pan and add sliced mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes and add capers, garlic and lemon zest. Cook for one minute.

Remove from heat and add cream cheese, linguine, reserved pasta water, parsley, 2 T lemon juice and 2 T butter. Season to taste. Mix and top with parmesan cheese.
