4 Eggs
2/3 cups buttermilk or regular milk
2 tsp salt
2 cups all purpose flour
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Boil a pot of salted water.
In medium bowl whisk together the eggs, milk and salt.
Add the flour and whisk until
Combined and there are no lumps.
Drop the dough through a spaetzle maker.
Let the spatzle boil for 3 minutes until the dough floats.
Remove with a slotted spoon. Pat dry.
Put into a bowl with the pepper, nutmeg and butter.
Toss and serve.
