Personal Notes:
I LOVE these! My BFF Lisa's mom seemed to always have a pan of these yummy bars at her house when we were hanging out there during middle and high school. When we were living in Gulfport, Mississippi and dad was stationed with the Seabees (1993-1994), Lisa and her husband were living in northern Mississippi. It was wonderful to have one of my closest friends in the same state so far from home. She shared her mom's recipe when we visited them to watch the Badgers win in the Rose Bowl January 1, 1994. #onwisconsin!
