1 pkg Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix-butter recipe
¾ c. Cocktail Sherry Wine
¾ c. oil
4 eggs
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Blend for 2-3 minutes. Place in Bundt cake pan-greased with Pam Baking spray. Bake for 35 minutes at 350º. Remove from pan to cool; dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Gen lived in the townhome next to us when we were in Bristow, Virginia in 2001-2003. She was an incredible mother and friend... you kids played often with Eric and Mateo while Gen and I chatted. This was her "signature" recipe and would bring over a few slices whenever she made it.
