1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 c flour

8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 cool whip

2 small instant lemon pudding mix
3 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, nuts and flour.
Pour into 13x9 pan and bake 350º for20 minutes until lightly browned. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and cool whip.
Spread over baked ingredients.

Mix pudding and milk.
Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Spread top with cool whip and chopped nuts.
