2 c. powder sugar
1 c. cocoa
2 1/2 c. powdered milk
1/2 - 3/4 t. salt
2 t. cornstarch
Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift each ingredient as you add them in a large mixing bowl.
2. Store in airtight container


1. When ready to make hot cocoa, boil 1 c. of water and add 1/3 cup of cocoa mix.
2. Stir well. Top with a splash of vanilla or whip cream.
