2 egg whites
⅛ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon vinegar
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup chopped coarse walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
½ cup coconut, unsweetened

1. Preheat oven to 350º and grease a cookie sheet.
2. Beat egg whites and add salt.
3. Add sugar gradually and beat well.
4. Add vinegar and vanilla and continue to beat well until egg whites hold their form and peak.
5. Fold in nuts, chocolate and coconut. Mix carefully till all egg whites have disappeared.
6. Drop 1 teaspoonful on baking sheet ½ inch apart.
7. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cookies sit in baking sheet for 15 minutes before removing.
